When I decided to join the Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program and change my career from Java to Salesforce I was apprehensive at first. I wasn’t sure if it was the right decision. As the program progressed, I got more and more confident. The sessions were informative, the trainers were great, the concepts were easy to grasp and the projects were helpful. And now after 3 months all my fears that I had on day 1 have disappeared and now I am a confident Certified Salesforce Developer.

The Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program was the best learning experience. It not only enhanced my skills, but helped me build my confidence immensely. I was introduced to Trailhead and Super Badges both a big plus to this program. It went hand in hand with the training and helped us grasp concepts better. We got to practice all that we learnt by implementing it in our final project. I was able to achieve a working Lighting Web Component in my project which was a great confidence booster. Now I can confidently say that I can do it in the real world

I have worked on Salesforce in my previous job, but my exposure and knowledge was very basic and limited. The 3 months in the Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program was an eye-opener for me, I was exposed to so much more like business processes, security, automation tools and Lighting Web Components. Salesforce is like the sea, the possibilities are endless and I need to go deeper, and Stratos has given me the opportunity to do just that.

The Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program was just phenomenal. Over the last 3 months I got dedicated time to learn and enhance my skills with a brand new technology whilst getting paid a salary.  The training program was outstanding, we had the flexibility and opportunity to write code and watch it come to life. The Hackathon was a great learning experience and my team won first place. I would like to thank the Stratos team for giving me this opportunity to work with revolutionary technology.

I worked with a front-end CRM software before joining the Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program. Learning Salesforce was refreshing and exciting. I already had some front-end experience, and it was interesting to learn and understand how things worked in the development and admin phases. I especially enjoyed seeing everything in action during the project implementation. Learning this new technology has made me confident to face any kind of role in any organization in the future.

The experience transitioning to Salesforce with the Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program has been a great one. Salesforce is definitely more advanced than anything I have worked on before. The training and the hands-on projects made me understand the concept easily and thoroughly. What stood out for me was the internal project where we could experience all that we learnt in the classes, in real-time.

I am extremely passionate about technology, and I was most excited to be working on a cutting edge technology like Salesforce. The Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program was well designed and the technical and practical training that I received was above par. My transition from Python to Salesforce was smooth and I’m really looking forward to working on Salesforce projects with clients during my deployment

The Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program taught me every aspect of how to be a good Salesforce Consultant. I learnt it all from Admin essentials to development, Apex and VF Programming and Lighting Web Components Programming. Other than this, I also worked on a project where we created an app from scratch using all our learning from the program. I also came to realize that so much can be done using automation tools, this is the future of programming and I am glad that I made this decision to advance my career with Salesforce. I am looking forward to exploring opportunities in Salesforce and applying all that I have learnt during this program

My transformation from a .Net consultant to a Salesforce Developer was quite interesting. At first I felt like I was on another planet, but the Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program brought me back to earth by helping me understand Salesforce. It was very interesting to learn how we can overcome challenges using Salesforce. My overall learning was that Salesforce is not just about coding, it is also about solving problems and debugging the code.

I joined the Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program with two years experience in Salesforce as Admin and now I can proudly say I am a certified Salesforce Consultant. Salesforce is a challenging technology and I would like to thank the Stratos trainers who really helped me understand concepts. It is a comprehensive program that covers it all: technical functionality followed by Salesforce configuration, security and data management and all the business processes. We also learnt development and how to build a Salesforce Lighting Web Components. The Lighting Web Components creation training was amazing and I implemented it in my project which gave me a confidence boost.

My experience as a Salesforce Consultant has been great. I have learnt so much over these last three months with the Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program. I was introduced to the Trailhead Academy for hands-on experiences and I enjoyed earning badges. I got to experience creating various customer fields and dashboards and other interesting features that Salesforce has to offer. What I liked the most was applying all that we learnt, in our final project. We faced many challenges that we solved using techniques taught to us and this made me feel confident and ready to take up Salesforce projects with the client.

I had a great experience learning Salesforce with the Stratos Salesforce Career Acceleration Program. The effort put in to teach us this new technology, along with hands-on experience, provide us the necessary certifications and onboard us on Salesforce projects with the client was really notable. The program was comprehensive and informative. Every week we learnt something new and were able to practically apply our learnings in projects. I especially enjoyed the deep learning of Lighting Web Components using visual basic studio. I liked how we were prepared for deployment by giving demos to the clients.
